Once your chin is secured, raise your arms in ââ¬ËLââ¬â¢ shapes. The idea is to put your elbows in your ears. Try it. Donââ¬â¢t lock them in this position, we will be moving them in a split second.

With your elbows in your ears, pinch together at about eyebrow level. Because it is near impossible to pinch them together with your head in the middle, they will slide into a V shape position. Now your wrists should be touching the ears.

With your wrists at your ears, you will want to make a circular motion upward. Each hand should travel about 90 degrees, at which point they meet at the top of your head. Be sure your palms are touching your hair.

Now firmly press your biceps against your forehead and flex (like you would in the bathroom mirror)

Flexing biceps firmly positioned on your forehead its time you locked your wrists in the ââ¬Ålimp wristââ¬Â position. If your wrists are flailing about, they will surely be injured.
